Jenner Contractors Eastern Esplanade Margate

Eastern Esplanade comprises 140 dwellings built by Jenner Contractors for Accent Peerless Housing Association.

Floyd Slaski were the project architects employed by Jenners. This design and build residential scheme lies in a prime coastal location, directly overlooking the English Channel on the Esplanade at Margate, Kent. The project comprised a mixture of affordable flats together with flats for shared ownership, market rent and for sale.

The building is five storeys in height and wraps itself in an elongated ‘u’ shape around a large underground and surface car park. The construction is in timber frame with brick and render external cladding.
