Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability Chatsworth Feasibility Study
The proposed new staff accommodation at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability in Putney comprises 2 connected blocks and includes a total of 78 units (with 87 beds in total). The street front block (West Block) comprises 9 no. 2 bed flats and 9 no. 1 bed flats and is a modern interpretation of a formal, mansion block style. The garden side block (East Block) comprising 60 no. studio flats with an informal domestic feel, reminiscent of a traditional residential terrace.
In addition the existing staff accommodation block is planned for upgrade to create studio flats each with en-suite and kitchennette. Currently the existing accommodation has shared bathrooms and kitchens.
