2012 - London UK

The London Clinic - 116 Harley Street

This project took four buildings at the north end of Harley Street including the grade II listed no. 120 and by demolishing one and keeping the facades of two we were able to link all of them internally. After lowering three basements we ended up with a six storey shell, a large expanse of uninterrupted floor space served by a new service core(s) providing three new lifts and main access stairs and a refurbished listed building. This was carried out for the Howard de Walden Estate who then let the property to The London Clinic where we were employed to complete the fit out. This comprised:

Ground Floor & Above: 25 Consulting Examination Suites and Spinal Injury Clinic.

Basement: A comprehensive new Pathology Department including an Automated Blood Science Laboratory, Microbiology Lab with Cat 3 Lab, Immunology and PCR, Human Stem Cell Laboratory with Cryogenic Preservation Room, Large Histopathology Department & Staff Changing and Catering Facilities
